TIA’s Offices in Downtown Menlo Park, CA
TIA’s offices are located at 750 Menlo Avenue in downtown Menlo Park, directly across Chestnut Avenue from a Trader Joe’s market. For most clients, the public parking lot adjacent to our 3-story brick building, which provides free three-hour parking, is very convenient. We are also a ten minute walk from the Menlo Park train station, which provides easy access by Caltrain to and from all communities within the San Francisco to San Jose corridor. In addition, the office is a mere 20 minutes from either San Francisco International Airport (SFO) or the San Jose International Airport (SJC) and approximately 40 minutes from Oakland International Airport (OAK). The entrance to 750 Menlo Avenue is down the steps to the slightly sunken below ground level parking area, beneath the building. (Parking below the building is restricted to tenants.)

Out-of-state or international residency is not an obstacle for TIA to be able to provide you with exceptional investment management service. We are happy to be in contact by phone and we are also equipped to arrange videoconference meetings via Skype, Facetime, Zoom, Google Hangouts or other technologies for out-of-area clients. When appropriate, we are pleased to arrange to travel to have in-person meetings where you are.
From Highway 101
From Highway 101, exit at Willow Road. Follow Willow west 1.2 miles toward Middlefield Road. Turn right on Middlefield, and travel 3/4 mile to Ravenswood. Turn left on Ravenswood and continue across the Caltrain railroad tracks and across El Camino Real, continuing straight onto Menlo Avenue. Go four blocks and 750 Menlo will be the 3-story brick building at the corner of Chestnut, just past Trader Joe’s.
From Interstate 280
From Interstate 280, exit at Sand Hill Road. Go east about 1-1/2 miles down the hill to the light at Santa Cruz Avenue. Turn left on Santa Cruz. Bear right at the fork, remaining on Santa Cruz Avenue. Turn right at the stop sign, still remaining on Santa Cruz Avenue. After about 1-3/4 miles, turn right onto Chestnut Street. 750 Menlo Avenue is at the end of the block on the right, just past the public parking lot.
Parking
There is usually ample street parking (90 minutes) around our building and free public parking lots providing three-hours free parking adjacent to our office. For longer stays, we recommend using the inexpensive hourly pay-parking lot one block west of Chestnut, on Evelyn between Santa Cruz and Menlo Avenue, should you need to park longer, since Menlo Park does actively monitor for parking violations.

Menlo Park is easily accessible by car, by Caltrain and even by bike and provides many great local attractions, including restaurants, outdoor cafes, retail shopping, parks and a liveable downtown district.
